Holstein Friesian cows are a friendly breed of cattle, favoured by dairy farmers due to their plentiful milk production, often being milked twice a day, in the morning and again in the late afternoon. These cows are famed for their black and white skins, being known as either 'Holsteins' or 'Friesians', depending upon the actual country where they are being farmed.
