Zebra finches are a popular cage and aviary bird, as they are easy to keep and easy to breed. This particular beige mutation differs from the wild birds, although all the males exhibit bright orange cheeks. Hedge sparrows tend to live in the countryside, while house sparrows prefer more urban spaces, often feeding from bird tables and feeders in back gardens.
