This homemade Christmas village comprises many different elements, including the houses printed on card (rather than purchased as porcelain china miniatures). By making these houses from inexpensive white card, considerable costs were saved. Also homemade are the trees and the full moon stuck to the blue velvet sky, which Santa Claus can be seen flying past in his sleigh as he is off to deliver his presents to the children of the world.
