This gingerbread house was made on Christmas Eve, as part of a family tradition, where the young children help to cut out the biscuit dough and then decorate the structure with lots of yummy crystalised jellies and sweets. Icing sugar has been sieved over the top of the house, to represent a dusting a snow.
