Each tier of the cheese cake is a different type of cheese, including Cheddar, smoked Cheddar and red Leicester. The cake has been decorated with hawthorn berries, elderberries, green ivy leaves, rose hips, conkers, hazelnuts, herbs (rosemary and lavender), grass seeds and freshly picked blackberries, while jute / hessian ribbons have been tied around the round cheeses to form attractive rustic bows.
