Battered cod may not be as rich in Omega 3 as sardines and salmon, but it still contains a reasonable amount, while the garden peas are extremely rich in dietary fibre. A portion of cod and chips can also be made a little more healthy by leaving the batter, and perhaps replacing this with some wholemeal bread.
