The coastal diorama model has been made in a large cardboard box, using chicken wire to form the framework of the cliffs, which was then covered with mod-roc plaster, before being textured and painted to appear more realistic. The choppy waves of the sea water have been created by using some clear silicon sealant, with the foaming crests of the waves suggested by streaks of white paint.
