Trampolining is a great way for children to exercise and keep fit, whilst having fun outdoors in the garden, rather than being stuck inside in front of the television. Although injuries are commonplace where young children are playing on trampolines, even if a safety net is in place, sensible precautions can often prevent them from happening. Most accidents tend to occur from bumping into other people, therefore only allowing the trampoline to be used by one child at a time would seem sensible.
